What will I need to prepare:
5 minutes in the morning of your time
3 teaspoons of flax seeds / minced flax seeds you can buy in health food shops
juice from 1 orange
fruits (forest fruit, banana, strawberries, etc)
nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts)
1 small yogurt
How to prepare:
Boil the squeezed orange juice, remove from heat, add flax seeds and stir a few minutes until you have nice consistancy. Afterwards add 1 small yogurt (optional) and your favourite fruits. Done! It’s ready! We are sure that you didn’t expect a taste this good!
Flax can be a fantastic beginning to your morning and your stomach will slowly start to work. This will give a tasty protection against to acids and you will feel a big difference in a couple of days during your morning toilets!
